A fresh take on fast food is happening all over the US and especially in Florida. According to this Palm Beach Post article, restaurants such as Quizno's, La Salsa, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Atlanta Bread Co., Einstein Bros. Bagels and Wolfgang Puck Express are overtaking the dining choices once reserved for McDonald's and other fast food stops for lunch.
