I can imagine loading up my internet fix and fries for a day out at McDonalds. Wow. This would be the ultimate way to basically become a shut in at McDee's.
Via Popgadget: Personal Tech for Women: McDonald’s gets tech-savvy:
I guess (or better I hope) that after “Super-size Me”, McDonald’s is experiencing some difficulties in drawing customers, and so in an attempt to appeal to the young and tech-savvy the well known fast food chain has begun pilot testing a new ATM like machine called the Blaze Net. Blaze Net allows customers to buy music and ring tones, print photos and surf the Web at the restaurant. The new flagship restaurant opened last Monday near the Oakbrook Center Mall in suburban Chicago, and along with the typical McDonald’s delicatessen, offers a whole variety of Starbucks-like coffee-variations.
